Gender, Poverty and Employment : Trainin Kit

This training package includes nine units and was issued in 2004. Its goals are consistent with the objectives of the capacity-building program of the international Labor Organization, which provide mainly for strengthening the capacities of large groups in order to enable them to draw up policies and implement programs designed to create jobs, eradicate po verty and achieve equality between the sexes. The contribution of CAWTAR, with the support of AGFUND, consists in integrating Arab case studies in this training package which did not include data on Arab countries.
